How I will serve you
If I should serve your family, here are the ways I can currently offer support. I am continuing to educate myself and grow each time I work with a family. If you need assistance in an area you do not see listed, I can learn how to support this need or connect you with a viable resource.

Example and help guide you with newborn care and provide information on expected newborn behavior
How to help siblings adjust to baby
Access to screening for challenges such as postpartum mood and anxiety disorders for the whole family
Help you learn skills that will enable you to cope with your new parenting responsibilities
Provide referrals to appropriate professionals and support groups as needed
Feed the family
Help the homepractical tasks
Create a nurturing, restful atmosphere in which you can eat, shower and sleep. However that may look for your family.
Practical help for adjustment of older siblings
Meal/Snack prep while I am in your home. I will cater to any dietary needs or restrictions.
Performing light household tasks of dishes, laundry and sanitizing areas that need it.
Help the Mother to feel more comfortable and care for their postpartum body
Some animal care, such as feeding pets and walking dogs
Interact with siblingsemotional support
I will be a listening, non-judgmental ear, making sure your voice is heard and validating any feelings you may have
Help you develop your own style of nurturing and bonding with the baby
Help guide you in where you want to grow in your parenting skills

$75 deposit
This deposit will go towards your first payment due when I begin my work for you. However, my first 4 hour shift is free to your family! This is my gift to you. My rate beyond that is
$35 an hour
I require payment for hourly services rendered at the end of each work week. I accept cash, check or Venmo.
